What I work on
My work spans computing and civic education. I work with organisations and educators to turn learning goals into lessons, methods, and classroom practices for computational and critical thinking. More recently this includes AI literacy.
I lead program and partnership development at Asociația Techsoup, working on new program ideas, funder and partner relationships, and learning from practice to inform decisions.
As an independent consultant, I also evaluate educator-focused programs for other nonprofits.
I am based in Berlin and currently completing a professional master's in Monitoring and Evaluation in Germany.
Currently
I am working on evaluations of two education pilots in Romania: an informatics pilot for grade 5 students, and a civic education pilot for seventh-grade students.
Both run during the 2025–2026 school year.
How I work
I stay close to practice, paying attention to how programs function in real settings rather than how they are described on paper.
My approach to evaluation draws on realist and utilization-focused traditions. I am interested in how organisations use evidence in judgment and decision-making.
